These Turkish delights were created by head stylist, Chrysostomos Chamalidis, and KMS Editorial Members for the Bora Aksu SS14 show at London Fashion Week.
Celebrating 10 years at London Fashion Week, Bora Aksu looked to his roots for inspiration for his SS14 collection. Childhood memories of a rich, colourful and diverse culture, long, hot summer days spent on the Aegean coast, bobbing fishing boats, sun-faded houses and lush gardens were some of the happy memories channelled into his clothes.
Chrysostomos Chamalidis explained the hair inspiration: "The style I created was evocative of a beautiful rural Turkish peasant girl who has been outside in fields all day. Her look is youthful and fresh with a windswept, but not frizzy, hair texture to perfectly complement Bora’s collection."
